“The Lazy Life Of Rain” by @passthedutch

I haven’t been in Wattpad for awhile now. I only came back after I ran out of Chinese novels to read. I spent a few hours looking for a good story and I’m so happy to have found this one.

“The Lazy Life Of Rain” had a lot of components to it. Not only was it complex, but at times it provided comedy and sweetness. Definitely gonna be a reread whenever I don’t have anything new to read!

“The Villainess’s Dark Side” by @G_Adeline

Mu Rong An was probably the realest person I’ve ever read about yet. Or maybe it was because of the set up, but nonetheless; I love her so much. Perhaps if I was reading this story from the crown princess’ side, I’d be bitching. Anyway, reading her story made my heart feel heavy and I had to think about all the white lotuses and green tea bitches I’ve ever read about and thought of how I felt about them.

Doesn’t really matter though. They are different from Xiao An. I actually found myself feeling bad for her and wanting to scheme against the people who doesn’t like her. Adeline is an amazing author for turning the ‘villainess’ to an mc.

“Rebirth As the General’s Wife” by @amui314

Haven’t been reading Wattpad stories for awhile because lately, I’ve been obsessed with chinese web novels. I find my heart to be lighter whenever I read various genres such as wuxia, romance, mmorpg, etc.

Some translators use Wattpad as a platform to post the translated novels, so of course I still come. One day, I saw “Rebirth As the General’s Wife” pop up in the suggested box and was intrigued.

At first, I thought it was a translated story. However, I was surprised to find out it wasn’t. It’s written beautifully with minimal grammar/punctuation errors and the flow of the story was smooth. I’m definitely looking forward to more of ah-mui’s stories.

          p.s.
If anyone has any recommendations, please tell me. My only request is for them to be complete or nearly finished.

Mason and Lily are so fucking cute! I cannot deal. I live for stories with a caring hero and a cute heroine and this story definitely delivered on that. So excited to read more of this author’s work! Definitely recommend if you’re into cutesy romance.

“A Room for My Pretend Love” by @MeiSummer

It’s such a cute book. A lot of it scenes is so vivid that it reminds me of a koreanovela. I love the characters, especially Devin, with how he was so patient with Suki. It is a nice change, because usually, the girl is the one that has to wait on the guy to know how they feel. recommend.

I typically go for sugary sweet/ hea stories. This one isn’t. Surprisingly enough, I’m not mad at it. No, all I feel is hollowness. Like, I wish the story was an hea, but at the same time, all good things come to an end. Nevertheless, the story had good foundation and outstanding characters. All love for it.

all the love for you girl ❤️

I don’t know what to say. I love this story so much. It made me feel like I was a part of this other world. The author also displays very well imagery akin to Narnia. The characters are somewhat relatable. Even though I find myself mostly cussing out Emrie cause she never listens, I remember I’m the same way too. I usually dread the moment when I find that authors are trying to unnecessarily prolong the story, but I wish in this case, there was more of Emrie and Audie. They will always be close to my heart.

Have you read “A Kiss for Clumsy” by @IzzyBae20 ? If not, go look it up and read it! It is such a cute story with minimal drama (which is a miracle these days) and I definitely applaud her for not prolonging it cause that would make the story boring (which is all the rage rn). But anyway, check it out.
