Hihi!! I am an aspiring poet and writer, currently indulged in writing a novella and my first poetry book (anthology).

A little bit about me:
- I'm a Hufflepuff 💛
- I was published in a well known newspaper in my area when I was 11 for a short story I wrote 🦋
- Earth sign (Taurus) 💚
- I love science (specifically biology and chemistry) 🔬🧪

☆Words to live by☆

~Patience is a virtue~

~The benefit of the doubt~

~Kindness is free~

~Everyone has a chapter they don't read out loud~

✿A lesson I've learnt along my path of life✿

I put my faith in hope and I ended with the scars of trust.

✯The poem that made me fall in love with writing✯

"O Bury me Not On the Lone Prairie". The writer is unfortunately unknown and it was written in the late 1830's.

✨Poetry is my escape. A release for me to express my deepest thoughts and feelings. Thoughts and feelings I am not capable of sharing verbally. When I write poetry, I'm Calliope. Calliope's Butterfly. I deemed Calliope far too great and high of a compliment for me to be compared (my friend graced my writing persona with the name Calliope). Calliope's Butterfly is my confident self. My guise...my facade. She is me and I am her, but she is the one with the fortitude to express what is felt and thought✨

🪽My only goal with being a poet is to make others feel seen. To let them know that they are not alone and help put whatever they might be experiencing or feeling into words. It's helped me make sense of myself, I only wish to do the same for you🪽

💐"To all of the people that have never received flowers or 'just because' gifts. Please know that you are special, and deserving of these things. Though the physicality of these wonders are unbeknownst to you, please take my message of all things true: You deserve flowers, and love deserves you." 💐
