          Anyways, hope y'all are doing okay :) as for me I'm just in the middle of an existential crisis, but I'll be fine
          
          If you watch int'l news or you're my local, you know that in Kenya we've just held our general elections. Two of the presidential candidates are on battle for the front seat and now that tiktok sound that goes "wow, the pressure is getting worser" be making a lot of sense rn
          
          Despite being legally an adult, I didn't get to vote, for personal reasons, but tbh it would be really cool to brag about having a deputy president with a tiktok account lol
          
          Fingers crossed! Hopefully we won't have a repeat of the 2007/2008 post-election violence. I was a small kid when it happened but apparently it's in our history books already

Gosh, I feel useless these days
          
          It's already hard enough to do the things that I have to do, but I do them for the sake of others
          It leaves me too exhausted to even do the things that I want to do
          So at the end of it all, what you've got on offer is a mere zombie existing for the sake of others, because I love them
          
          But maybe I forget to love herself
          Maybe I do love myself, because if I did what I wanted to do before I did the things I had to do
          I would have been whooped in my ass
          And I would have most definitely been on the receiving end of a long lecture
          That would result in gaslighting and guilt-tripping of my subconscious mind
          That my conscious mind is coming to be aware of
          
          Typing all this might be a bit relieving
          But the fact of the matter remains
          I still feel useless

Today is the 19th anniversary of the day I got my first puff of the Earth's unfiltered air :)
          Too bad I can't go back to my mother's uterus :(

          Unrelated: the results of the national secondary examinations, that I was doing last month,are being released today.
          
          Long story short, there's double tension across the country.
