So I’m in therapy now…..

I really want to write and I know what I want to write since i have the story In mind but I can’t, I’m having a writing block. Fellow authors do you have any tips on how to get past this?

hello guys, how are you guys doing? 
          the reason I have been inactive is because of the power outages in the US and Mexico. I have been greatly affected by them and I will be having exams  soon and that will keep me busy soon.
