Betas are netural. They don't have pharamons. They don't come in heat and rut cycle. They are just like normal people.  Betas Don't have scent gland in their neck. They are considered "normal" human.
          
          Alpha Females  - Often depicted as physically strong, mentally sharp, and sexually dominant. They can impregnate both male and female Omegas. They have a dick during rut cycle. I don't know from where it comes out during their rut cycle (I am shy) that's why they can impregnate omega males.
          
          Beta Females-  Typically considered biologically "normal" humans. They can get pregnant through traditional means with male Betas. 
          
          So, theoretically, an Alpha female could impregnate a Beta female in the Omegaverse, but it would depend on the specific worldbuilding and rules established by the author.
          
          It's important to remember that the Omegaverse is a fictional universe, and the rules can vary widely between different stories.

They don't wear collar but some alphas prefer to wear mask. Only alpha female have womb. Even alpha female can breed with omega male. In this process omega males get pregnant by alpha female. 
          • Alpha males can make omega male and female pregnant.  Alpha female can make both omega male and female pregnant.
          • whenever any alpha is too happy, jealous, sad and show other emotions then their pharamons spread in their surroundings. 
          • alphas can also mark alpha in their neck. 
          • whenever alpha come in rut than mostly they don't remember what they did during rut cycle. To prevent rut cycle alphas prefer to take pills. 
          • from pharamons of their(alpha) mate an alpha can find his/her mate.
          • if Alpha's mate is a beta then they can sense while looking into beta's eyes.
