@CantPickABias07 It just ends up in a loop of blaming yourself, and over thinking and "unhealthy habits" that are really just coping mechanisms. But since society is fucked you get labeled as a "freak" and "damaged" so then you try to prove that your not and then you also over think that, and so its a circle of beating yourself up over things you really can't control, and then slightly recovering and then something happens and you spiral down again and the cycle repeats. (Sorry that was a bit of a vent)
