Hey. I’m close with the author of this account, and what happened is they forgot their password so they had to make another. However, they’ve left Wattpad. If they plan on returning or not, I don’t know. If Mituna let you take over or not, I’m not sure, so I won’t be complaining or anything. But I do think it’s nice of you to take over it for Mituna.
My only advice would be to try and word it differently in the future, because this came off a little harsh the first read through. But I understand you mean well!
