I'm a happily married mother of 2 little girls - yep, I'm a miss Goody-two-shoes who actually caught a real, live Bad Boy!  Sigh...  He still looks good in black...  Now he's domesticated and has joined me in my love, love, LOVE for reading.  Life seems to be getting in the way of my reading these days...  until I found Wattpad that is!  Now my poor cellphone's battery life just decreased by 50% thanks to my reading your wonderful writing on the Wattpad application until 4 in the morning...  I write blogs, plays and drama skits, but have finally decided to try my hand at writing stories on here as well.  All I'll say is - you guys have guts!

As a member of the rainbow nation of South Africa, English is my second language - though I'm more at home writing in English.  I love my country and its people!  11 languages and a mix of cultures makes for a place of rich history, interesting stories and beautiful landscapes.  We're a country of music, rugby, braai (bbq, but not quite the same), biltong, sunshine, sea and friendly people.

I'm a romantic at heart and choose to read stories that are funny, have great characters and make my heart race at the interaction between the main characters...  you know, those ones where he has her up against a wall and he moves in slowly and she thinks he's about to kiss her... and then he doesn't and she's all hot and bothered... yeah, those ones!  I'm married, not dead! Hahaha!

Anyway, I hope to find a home here on wattpad too as I get to know the authors and stories on here.  OK, need to go face my busy life now... only got 2 hours sleep thanks to my latest read!
