Yep, I'm back on wattpad. "Heh, was she gone?"
Yeah I was, you hippo-lover -.-
SO, I've got some news for everyone. Yay, excitement! :)
Most of the chapters I post from now on will be in English! That includes more fluent updates on my newest project, 'Resonance', if any of you have checked that out.
I'm continuing wattpad-ding in English because I just feel way more comfortable writing in my second language. I feel like my English vocabulary has expanded waay past my Dutch one, if that makes any sense?
AND when writing in English more people will be able to understand my writing, and not mistake it for German or Polish (not that there's anything wrong with that :p) .
Since wattpad is all about spreading your stories to reach a bigger crowd and just having fun and meeting new people, I think this is a good thing to do.
AND maybe, one day my story will catch someone's eye, and he/she will think: "Wow, this story changed my life."
That's really all I want to do. Make a difference in the world, no matter how small. If I can brighten someone's day, even just for a brief moment with a little inside joke or an action-packed chapter, then I'm happy. That's really all there is for me on wattpad, besides the awesome people and stories of course :)
Pfiew, hope that made sense. THAT was a mouth-full.
OH, and by the way this doesn't mean that I'm going to delete any of my Dutch works, like I do with some of my English ones. No, definetely not. They'll just be on hold and I'll finish them some day.
