Hey guys!
I just wanna take this moment to apologize to all of you, my readers, for being such a bad author. I wrote The Search in 6th and 7th grade, and I know that there is major work that needs to be done. I’m sorry for not being on at all and always saying I’ll fix stuff but never doing it. I’m sorry for disappointing y’all. Truth be told senior year is a lot more than I was expecting. I’m taking an AP course, four dual credits and applying for college and scholarships, which takes up most of my time. In my free time I watch DWTS, Survivor or hang out. I haven’t had as much time for reading and writing as I would want too. But in rereading one of my absolute favorites, Carry On by Rainbow Rowell, I realize how much I love to read. And how much creative writing makes me happy. I just got out of school for Thanksgiving Break, and I’m not saying for sure that I’ll be fixing stuff, but now I might actually have some time too. Since I wrote the Search so many years ago, I can see that there are many plot holes, grammar errors and redundant or unneeded material. I still need to find a path and stick to it. I was jumping all over the place. I have some time right now so I might delete those random chapters and work on stuff right now.
Now that I’ve talked about the most pressing matter, I just wanted to thank everyone who has read The Search and making it #181 in medieval stories! Honestly I can’t even believe that it’s made it that far and that I have 44k reads. That just blows my mind.
Thank all of you for your comments, votes, love and support. I hope you can forgive me.
Love,
Christina
