E.Sue Edwards is the pen name and alter ego of an amateur mechanic who enjoys tinkering with her Honda Civic and Mazda Protege in her spare time. She also likes reading, writing, spending time with her daughter and husband, and giving people car advice. During the day, she works as a freelance consultant/analyst. "A Mechanic and a Gentleman" is her first published work.

I also have a LinkedIn profile, feel free to connect with me: CarChickEdwards (at) gmail.com.

I have twitter, facebook, and a blog, but I'm lazy, and/or can't figure out how to use them effectively (yet). There's not much activity on those, to tell you the truth.

I've always been blown away by the people willing to help and offer advice, even if they don't know me well. My formal training is in business/engineering, but I love hearing from automotive people, writers, and of course, readers! If you want a woman's perspective on auto repairs, either as a consumer or as a female mechanic, I'd be happy to give you my 2 cents!

My book:

WARNING: it contains some profanity, adult themes, and immature humor; however, it is a true account of what I witnessed when I was an Automotive Technician student. And no, this is not "chick lit". My mechanic friend read it, and he thought it was pretty funny. There is also some serious stuff in there too about the auto repair industry that the general public is not aware of.
