i’m an 8th grade student and i got the book ‘lost in thought’ from my school library, i finished it in FOUR DAYS and it’s by far the best book i’ve ever read!!!!! i’m so so happy there’s a series, however now that i’m in quarantine i have to wait til i get back to school (two weeks) to get the second book. i just want to say that, WOW! i love the book so much. i was never much of a reader but after reading this book all i want to do is read! thank u so much! also i was wondering if the second book is here on wattpad too?

Hi Cara! I'm a huge huge huge fan of your books. I've read Lost in Thought and Second Thoughts. The story is so exciting, fresh and awesome. I can't even start to describe how much I love this series. But I'm actually pretty sad at the ending of Second Thoughts because I wanted Carter and Lainey to be together :( I cried really really badly over the last few chapters of Second Thoughts. I really do hope that there is a third book to the series when they can actually be together again... it's so sad how their perfect love can actually end just that that. I hope that Lainey will get a chance to explain to Carter why she made that decision and tell him about Senator Astor. I really do hope you'll notice this message!! it'll mean a lot to me if you reply :)

            Hello, and thank you so much, for loving the books and especially for this message! I have good news: there are actually _two_ more books in the series. Book 3 releases in the spring (title & cover reveal coming SOON!) and look for another Sententia short story to tide you over, coming late summer/early fall. 
            
            Lainey and Carter have a long, steep road ahead, but I'd never give up hope for them and I hope you won't either ;)
