Making a meaningful contribution to people's lives, providing high-quality coaching support, helping people who have been out of work find sustainable employment, offering emotional support, building effective and positive relationships, challenging people to identify and overcome any potential barriers and helping put realistic targets in place

At the same time, I am still providing advice and guidance to vulnerable groups in Angola, supporting children and young adults to learn, work, and connect with their communities.

Assisting children and young people in the foster care centers in Angola (online) because I believe that they are among the most engaging and most intriguing audiences I can work with. They have the same rights to be respected as adults, but their circumstances create challenges that can only be met with determination, creativity, and integrity. I think it is the challenge that makes working with and for children and young people incredibly rewarding.
