what’s your key to writing? what’s your motivation?

@CarmenKB honestly, i get that *sending big hugs* This only really works if im not stuck in a writers block and actually have ideas, but it's always good to try. But you'll get there someday. i know it x You're doing great no matter how long it takes ok? That's the important thing

@Kiara_Channie that’s incredible fr. i have unfortunately lost motivation for writing and im trying so hard to get back into it. unfortunately the only thing that inspires me is my depression hahaha but thank you for your advice!!

@CarmenKB Genuinely random urges to get an idea down on paper (which it probably why its so hard to get a full book finished for me TT) Which isn't exactly helpful. But I also like to listen to music and create stories from the music whether that be lyrics or how it sounds, or even basing it on the music video if there is one. I always personally get a burst of creative excitement and have a bunch of things to spew out into a doc. Or if I have an idea but don't have enough motivation I try talk about that idea as much as possible either in a doc for me to see how much I actually have and how do-able it is (making me want to write it) or telling my friends or just other people the idea so there's more people collectively hyping up the story/plot or whatever to the point you want to write it because it then sounds amazing (or just exciting at the very least)
