@EmDaNerd hey there :) I didn't call the specific author you're referring to out to be mean to them, I did it because their portrayal of a situation of domestic abuse was inappropriate and incredibly unhealthy. I didn't make them do anything and I'm glad they kept their book up so that others could enjoy it. If they were that bothered by my valid criticism of them romanticizing actual domestic violence, it's not my problem. Unhealthy relationships already show up enough in media (especially that which is targeted at young girls) and it's important that it's spoken out about and criticized.
