          	thats cool. i'm glad you have a good support system. i alway feel a little weird correcting someone else's work. i'm never really sure how they'll take constructive critisim. lol

Dear... well... it doesn't say your name... Well crap.
          @CarpeDiemA7X2011
          Okay, so much better. Well, it has been... gosh, almost a year now since I actually have been on Wattpad. I doubt you remember me (I wrote the story Locked and Sealed -horribly written I might add-), but I finally am starting the editing process.
          Actually, I don't even know if I can call it an edit anymore. I hate... HATED the plot so I am mixing it up a bit.
          I also retitled my story from Locked and Sealed to Liar Liar.
          The plot is more... defined and I think I have a bit more writing experience than back a year ago.
          Well... if you ever do feel to go and check it out to see how it has evolved (I actually took Locked and Sealed down... basically all of my stories really...), that'd be cool. Course, you don't have too. Just letting you know that an edited version has been made (well, in the process) and since you really liked the original...
          Okay, enough rambling.
          Sorry hehe, and hope you've been well since the last we talked!

@CarpeDiemA7X2011 Oh, I know. When I read other people's work, and if they ask to tell them if it was good or not, I would usually make a list of their mistakes and give examples in how to correct or make even better. In the beginning I always say "this is just advice so please don't take offense." I'm usually the one to feel weird when people read my story cause I tend to think the worst of it (haha, I remember when I first wrote the first chapter of my story, I freaked when my mom read it cause I thought she was gonna say it was horrible, but I have a lot more confidence... In this story at least :P)

@CarpeDiemA7X2011 Haha, thanks. I would ask my English teacher but she really doesn't like me. That and she told me "based on your writing skills and comprehension, I'm putting you in LA 10 Academic next year." haha, oh well. Im going to have a friend who's super smart (she's taking trig next year and she's in my grade! That and she's really good at grammar and stuff) so she'll help me and I'll have my parents look over it. :D

          Wow so young and already so talented. My neice turns 14 in May. By your writing I kind of assumed you were older, like in high school a junior or even a senior. I think it's awesome you're writing so well already. But now the little notes in you chapters about having homework and being busy make sense. Just keep up the good work. You should have your english teach read your story (if they're cool). I'll bet they can help you with typos and stuff.Tell them its extra credit lol. but seriously, keep up the good work.

Very true, which is why I decided to take the big leap of faith. And yeah it was J.K. Rowling who was rejected many times before someone actully found her first Harry Potter book in the trash and read it. You really need to have your story Locked and Sealed published. You should check out publishamerica.com they take an electronic submission for free and will let you know if they like it. And if they do they'll have it published for you and take care of all the marketing and get it into the bookstores to get them sold. And you will receive a royalty (a certain percent of the price of the book). that's what I'm going with by story and my story is in the "pre-production" stage which I assume is good. but check them out. You have to 18 to submit and sign the contracts I think but it's worth checking out.

PS: don't give up! If one publisher doesn't accept it, keep on finding others who will. Look how Stephanie meyers turned out and she was rejected by a bunch of publishers (well, it's her or J.K. Rholing (or however you spell it)). Then, when it is published and popular, you can laugh at all the publishers who rejected you. :)

@CarpeDiemA7X2011 I'm sure you can do it. I'm very shy myself and I'm horrible at speaking infront of people, but my dream to be an author overpowers my fears. Who knows, if you ever do publish those short stories, I'll probably read it without knowing you wrote it, tell you how amazing these stories are, and you'll say, "You really think they're amazing?! Cause, I wrote them and I wasn't so sure if people would like them." and I'd be all, "YOU wrote them? I'm like your... Number one fan! Guess what? I'm talking to an author of amazing stories here!!! And, she's my friend! How cool is that?" :P
