Hi,

My name is Carrie Lever.  I've been trying to tell this story for a very long time.  Of course, it would incriminate some in Washington DC, so I've had a lot of blocks to overcome to get this story out there. I just want to say, "The dead?  Sometimes they talk to me and they want this story to be told." Just let it be told.  Some people are hiding behind who they really are for far too long.
