I’ll assume you’ve seen the most popular ones (Big Three, Dragon Ball) so I’ll recommend the others; Solo Leveling, Ninja Kamui, Kaijuu No. 8, Spy x Family, Black Clover, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Black Cat, Death Note, Yu Yu Hakusho, Dr. Stone, Hunter x Hunter.
An old time classic that I find myself rewatching is UFO Robot Grendizer (a sequel to Mazinger), and don’t watch the reboot… it’s not that good…
I’d recommend trying the sports genre; classics like Slam Dunk and Captain Tsubasa and Hajime No Ippo, and from the new ones Inazuma Eleven, Blue Lock, Haikyuu, Kuroko’s Basket

@CaseyDixon1 Gosick, Moriarty the Patriot, Detective School Q, Another (Horror/Mystery Thriller), Tokyo Revengers, Frieren, Magi, I've watched and seen most of them and they're good, though DSQ might be hard to find, you can try Supernatural the Animated Series but it might seem more horror than mystery

Honestly, I find it a little funny that, even though I'm most likely not even halfway through Dancing in the Dark, I already know the title of the third book in the Fighter Series.
