          Every Saturday I’m gonna post of how my therapy goes and if I don’t then I’m sorry it’s either because I got overwhelmed or tired because it starts at 9 but I don’t know how it ends but I will post it after my therapy but yeah

Help me…so my mom just signed me up for therapy and I’m scared…like I don’t know what to do…I mean I’m happy I got a therapist but the thing is my mom told me about sh and other things….but good thing I only have her on Saturdays kinda..so yeah- and I’m scared and nervous because this is my first one- but yeah I’m at least getting help-
