@CassandraHolt124 It has to be a video on Youtube.  You'll need to go onto Youtube, copy the link, and insert it through Wattpad.  If you're trying to upload a video you took, I'd recommend uploading it to Youtube and marking it as "Unlisted", which means it can't be searched for, doesn't appear on your account, and is otherwise invisible unless they're given the link.  
            On phones/tablets (using the app), when you're writing a chapter, there's a little bar at the bottom that has a forward and back arrow, text options (for things like italics), then a photo icon and a Youtube logo on the far right.  Clicking on that, you can insert the Youtube link.
            On PC (or open in a web browser), you'll need to start a new paragraph line (pressing Enter will do this if you already have text).  An image icon and the Youtube logo will show up and you can click on the Youtube logo to insert a link.  
            You can upload gifs from the image icon, but they need to be pretty small (<3MB).  I like this website to check the size, and it will let you compress or crop gifs to make them smaller: https://ezgif.com/maker .  Hope this helps :))
