9.KR
Explanation: if it's karma retribution then it's overpowered against any characters that have high LV but we can add more things to it as an natural effect since it's legit says ingame “you feel your sin crawling on your back” but we don't feel the sin but only get damage over time for our hp so with this in mind we can make KR as a emotional/psychological attack against the target that they feel the pain everyone that they have killed in the past/future/present ONLY targets with a tiny speck of remorse in their conscience it will take effect if it's the opposite then it will not effect them much only damage over time for their HP drain this a natural effect when any of sans's attacks against the target if they have low/high LV.
Example: sans attacks an High LV target and KR began to make the target body feel all the pain that they have done in past/present/future every head they cut off they will feel their neck in pain, it will not work if it's an High LV target that doesn't have remorse like us the players who ignores but the target hp will be dropping from damage over time they eyes will flinch from the pain but won't emotionally break down.
10.sans blue/yellow eye when activated can see targets souls
Explanation: this where the Creative side really comes in sans can see other targets soul through he's special eye ONLY when activated. He's special eye can allow him see attacks he can't see before because without the bullet board he can't see unseen attacks that are invisible but through his special eye he can see the souls that using unseen/invisible attacks through there soul aura/pressure/presence it will not drain much magic if he does attack with special eye active sans arsenal attack potency will multiply by (up to you) times and will drain alot of magic.
Example: sans uses his special eye after seeing the air pressure changed flying right at him or sense the air pressure changed. With his special eye active he becomes and stronger with his arsenal.

8. Time stop
Sans can stop time just from that 1 conversation with us in grillby's, about talking yellow flower scene (go watch it on YouTube). Let's talk about how long can sans time stop for? If it was me, I will choose how much seconds with the whole conversation form start to finish with no pause and give straight answer right away (basically speedrun) then check how much seconds has past and give it that time. You can interpret how long he can stop time. Since when sans stop time it makes the screen black as shown in his battle also when when darkness slowly consuming the screen when we are talking to him in grillby's in the original game (head cannon?) MEANS that he can slow down time for us to choose our answers WHILE can actually stop time if he wanted too, with this in mind he can surprise his target with a finisher like overwhelming the target with his arsenal of attacks.
Example: when sans stop time or slow down time darkness will creep into the target if it's slow down time depends on sans how much darkness will cover up there eyes, when he a stop time it causes target eyesight blacked out for a second in that time frame sans can set up inescapable attacks for all side from blue bones shot right up the ground towards the target body to freeze them and get bone caged or get gaster blasted to smithereens.
          	  4. Blue magic
Example: Sans can just make them stay in place and attack the target with his arsenal of attacks just like blue bones. But the gravity will be absolutely powerful as it originally intended because we the players can jump as the game intended us to jump but other universe characters that are not as powerful as sans and doesn't have hax immunity to he's haxs he will make the target to STAY DOWN or send the target flying.
