@CatStyles183 aww man :(( my mum and I are both learning Japanese and we used to talk a bit in Japanese but then we kinda just gave up
@Frostwind88 Haha, yeah same. Apparently my family wanted my Japanese grandma to talk to me only in Japanese so I'd learn, but she never did. Sigh... Doing this a lot later than I wanted.

I really love vocaloid, but the vocaloid I listen to is REALLY dark (I mainly listen to Ghost & Pals, MARETU, and Kikuo) and now that my Japanese grandma is living with us due to health reasons, I'm slightly worried that she'll walk into my room right when I'm playing smth like Dance of Corpses (song about su*cide)...

Today was my grandma’s memorial service. It was so weird, I didn’t know a lot of the people there and I felt like it was all fake, that when I go to grandparents house right after for the reception she would be there and hug me like she always does. Sorry for the sudden gloom and doom but it was just… weird. I felt so anxious physically but mentally I felt really numb. Oh and I had to wear fancy dress shoes so now my feet are red and hurt so that’s fun :/

So if didn’t know, I’m partially Japanese! I live in America though. And I’ve always been really interested with Japanese culture. And today I went to a Japanese festival in town and it was amazing! Ate udon, watched a tea ceremony and taiko (which my aunt does as a hobby) and got a couple of things for myself and friends :3

@Mamba___ If you go onto Google maps and type in “Gulf of Mexico” it’ll show you the Gulf but it’ll say “Gulf of America”

My dad, brother, and I are going to be meeting up with my grandpa really soon at a nearby aquarium. And I’m really nervous. My grandma died about a week ago and I haven’t talked to grandpa about it. It’s just hard for me to talk about it at all. So yeah, I’m scared what’s going to happen.
