For the longest time ever I obsessively used the em dash in all of my writing both school both in school and on other Wattpad accounts I’ve had previously. Basically now it’s become an indicator of ai and one of the biggest at that. So now I pretty much can’t use it anymore especially in school as it makes it far more likely my writing will be detected as AI with the shitty software they have for detecting that stuff that hardly even workssssss
