Success in writing competitions includes  the Unpublished Novel Competition at The Festival of Writing in York, and Dragon’s Pen at Theakston’s Old Peculier Crimewriting Festival.  Last year I won Marie Claire magazine’s Inspire & Mentor. My short stories are published in anthologies  Off The Record 1 and 2,  and 100RPM.
 
I have an MA in Creative Writing at Liverpool John Moores University.
