First of all, thank you for your unending support for my works throughout the years, especially for the JiJi twins. Before the story (the JiJi tiwns) was deleted, I have received 9.4k views, 340 votes and 53 comments from all of you, which was an achievement I couldn’t have dreamed of if it weren’t for you guys.
And sorry that I haven’t always been available to answer your comments and messages.
In this announcement, I would like to tell you why I discontinued and deleted my fanfiction series.
As I have mentioned in the first announcement, I have run out of materials. When I read all of my fanfiction today, I don’t know how to pick up from the last story I have in my drafts or in my published chapters.
Also, I am embarrassed by the earlier materials I have used for the stories. These include outdated humor and making characters of real life celebrities enemies of each other for plot device. I apologise for the many references of the jam joke and h0r53 reference which is no longer valid and should not be used in reference to artists. I realized that no jam could mean no fun in Korean, and in Korean culture, to say that someone’s face is like a h0r53 is an insult. I apologise for making real life celebrities look bad in the JiJi Twins, Confession through time, Coffee Glassbead, I Am, Only the Kindhearted Can See and What if We Were Chingu. I didn’t think that it would be a form of misinformation to my readers at the time, but as I get more knowledge about the real characters of the real life celebrities, I realize that I was putting my own views on them first and I gave access for other people to downgrade them. By deleting the stories, I want to close access for misinformation on celebrities whose lives I had written as a fanfiction in the past.

[2] My views and perspective on what makes a good story has changed, especially for what makes a good romance novel. I used to like creating stories where the main characters didn’t end up together or that they have skinship as a minor and are not married. But these materials no longer align with my values. What makes a good romance story is trust and belief from both main characters which I have never experienced in real life. The nonexistence romance in my life has been blocking my creative process in the romance genre for some time.
The celebrities in the story I have written already have their character development in real life. I apologise for making 875 roles in the JiJi twins very static, including; having one character be the ‘mom’ of the group, having one character be ‘lazy’ and having one character be better than everyone else, when they have also been trying to break these traditional roles at the time I was writing the fanfiction. I also apologise for calling characters idiots when they didn’t stick to the plot of the main character and say that I was bullied by the characters in the credits sections (bullying is a very serious case so please refrain from making jokes about it).
The decision to delete my fanfiction is my personal decision. I did debate on it with myself for a long time. I was really happy that you guys enjoyed my writing. Your support and love will continue to be with me for eternity and I will never forget that. But at the same time, I know that if I trapped my favourite celebrities in a fanfiction, I would stop them from growing to be better people and they will forever be the way they were in my views and your views.
Once again, thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a Wattpad writer, especially a good Wattpad fanfiction writer.
I will only continue to be a ghost reader and account holder today onwards.
