I am 62 and still have a lot to do. I love to read but love to write even more. Up until now my writing as all been "real" life writing and blogs. I recently completed a Fiction Writing course (I even got a certificate!) and discovered that fiction writing is work and much different than the type of writing I have always done. I am excited and ready for this adventure.

When I am not writing or reading, I attend the College of Charleston in SC. I am still a freshman. I am taking Fiction Writing this semester and have to have a 7000 word story in mid November so will use NaNo to take part of a larger story for class.

I love the beach and hopefully will have some nice weather this month. I want to sit on the beach and write. I am a mother to two grown children and grandmother to three incredible kids.
