I just left google Plus, like I said last year I most likely would when the option last year to keep the old format was taken away, leaving only the new format with the scarlet band at top of page.
The intensity of that red creates stress response in me, physically, including tight chest and that kind of stuff. I suspect that is largely related to my having autism.
I had 2 G+ accounts as I did the seven years I was on Facebook.
There was a space to say why you were leaving G+ so I said.
I have zero expectation of it changing anything in a corporation that large and powerful.
          	But, hey, I said.
It is interesting to have watched social media over recent years become more and more of an unpleasant experience.
I wonder what was changing to cause that, me or them?
Or was it merely a revealing the basic worthless nature of the human character?

Have a little sci-fi story which I occasionally play at writing then put away for a year or several, then pull out to work on again, then rinse and repeat.
It all began way back in school in the 1970s when one day in school library I read a book of Star Trek short stories where one started with, "The ship was beautiful ...".
Okay, what would be a beautiful ship of my own origin?
Okay, now that we have ship style, its people need a story, what is their story?
I'm split between sharing it here and keeping it to myself. Mostly because I have Asperger's/autism and it seems the writing style which pleases me for my story is a bit different from the style which is popular on the bookstore shelves.
I guess we shall see what happens ...
(well, duh, of course it's see, it's not like we're going to smell what happens)
