@avezzz Nah, man. You said exactly the thing. Definitel,y I'd say there's a point for both boys and girls where some clothes are simply inappropriate for school such as slurs/swearing on clothing, exposing more than a few inches of stomach, etc. I just think it's really important to apply the same standards to all genders. For instance, instead of a rule against bra straps, there would be a rule against showing any undergarment.

I totally agree with you on the feminist thing. Unfourtonately I have two brothers, and I often see their friends as brothers too, so yes the occasional sexist comment about me needing to "get back in the kitchen" is said. Although usually they get seriously bitch slapped for that. But I want to ask you what you think on dress codes at schools and such? I personally think that they are horrible and that if I woke up and decided that I wanted to free like a prostitute, then I should be able to. And when we get sent home from school for the way we dress, I just think it's horrible, it's telling us girls that it's more important for boys to have a distraction free learning day then it is for us to learn. Which makes us believe that boys are more entitled to an education then us. But what's your opinion on this?

@KingsleyMyQueen They make me sad. And angry because when they say "I don't need feminism" they say it because they are privileged enough in other ways that misogyny won't hurt them in any particularly obvious way. Plus which, they are ignoring the contributions of generations of feminists who gained the right to vote, own property, outlawed marital rape, etc.

But mostly they make me sad because they either don't think they deserve to live freely or they are complacent under the patriarchy.
