Why, hello there! Since I represent myself as such, I will refer to myself as Cerin the Lynx. I'm a bird-nerd, Sherlockian, liker of fossil animals, and all-around encyclopedia of random facts, mostly of science and history. That stuff I gained an interest in independent of my nerd friends, but thanks to them, I'm slowly sinking into the quagmire that is their subculture. Thanks a lot, you guys.
Besides that, I dabble in cartoon-drawing, as seen by my profile picture. I'll give my friends or characters from fiction a 'toon animal version at the drop of a hat, because why not. (But since I'm not very familiar with their subculture, I'd rather not be called a furry. 'Consulting Cartoonist' is the snobbish title I've given myself.)
The only real reason I sometimes write things on here is because I'm supremely envious of my writer friends, so I probably won't win any awards for my publications. If you can enjoy them without cringing, however, be my guest.
