Ok I can't comment on "isolation" so I will just write it here. So I think the new character should be named Rebeca, hazel eyes, long light brown hair(about to the waist), freckles, just same height that Rose would be, 15 years old, Best friends for life with Rose, has a funny, fun, kind, honest, responsible, respectful, personality and would kick butt if had to ;) And they met at the mall and they go to the same school all that stuff. So that's my character I hope u add her to the story "isolation" :)
