One of the key factors that helps motivate me to write is listening to music. Which is coincidentally also a cause of distraction as I realize I listen to music far more than I write.
For what it's worth, I'm also mentioning to you all that in the base story of SCP Life, I'm planning on making the use of music a key factor on (Y/n's) character, as music will be used to help create a bridge between the growing friendship/relationship(?) between him/you and Malo.
For however much/little in significance this holds, here is a sneak peak on certain characters that I wish to make and have an appearance in the future of that one SCP book if I manage to make it as far as I intend to, at the very least amount.
1: The Brothers (2) (Will not show names until implemented into the story)
2: The Janitor
3: Mrs. ??? (Name undecided)
4: Legion

I noticed that one explanation chapter in the "SCP Life" book I have, and it is already 1 YEAR OLD???
And I'm still working on the freakin' rewriting of the first chapter.
I mean... it's past halfway done, but it's literally a punch in my own gut to realize how far I've just been sitting here, which is also highly intolerable.
@ Chapfam4 I was thinking about watching that SCP story, but when I saw the date I was going to stop, seeing the same thing for 1 year and nothing new? I find it curious that it happened to me on the exact same day, well I guess it's a sign to follow you, let's see if you do something with that story and I start reading it XD.

Not that it matters, but I really do feel a lot of self-embarrassment when I read through old chapters I've made of how I wrote certain characters' dialogue/personality.
For over 2 years, I've been telling myself I could do better, and that's still 1 of the goals I have in mind.

Wattpad nearly made my heart drop into an abyss because sometimes it forgets all my drafts, and I lose it all.
The only way I get to fix this crap is to uninstall the thing and install it again. Which doesn't sound that hard, but the whole experience makes me feel like it's gonna give me a heart attack like those times when you reach in your pocket and don't feel your phone for 1 second.
I think I have ADHD...
A bit of much needed explanation.
For the past few months, I've been having trouble with one specific scene of conversation between two characters in the book I'm rewriting. If I kept at this at a consistent pace, the chapter would've been done much earlier this year.
I certainly can't ever ask anyone to expect this chapter to be republished very soon within the current month or the next few or more weeks, but once the scene is done, then the rest will be easy peasy to finish and republish.
