Fine ol' chap

Not like anyone's gonna see this, right? Eh, whatever.
          Figured I'd let whoever is still around these days to know that I've got 37 different books of stories in my draft.
          Not like I'm gonna be able to get writing for most of those anytime soon within the next uncertain amounts of years, right?

It's hard for me to think of a way to something without giving too much information, but this new idea I got today excited me and I felt like wanting to share a snippet of it with you.
          
          (Y/n and Malo)
          Things I plan to use for these characters to build up together on.
          1: Music.
          2: Emotion.
          3: *New* Feel.
          (Can't spoil the full meaning on how I'm gonna use these.)
          
          I think that's all that I can give right now.

I'm thinking of changing the story between (Y/n) and Connor to not as roommates, but instead to a somewhat cycle of seeing each other from time to time.
          
          They'll still know each other this way. But their friendship status may drop to more of being mostly strangers to each other. But they'll eventually get along the way it was before and maybe more as the story progresses.
          
          My original idea for them since the beginning was trying to write them like partners with a friendship that can sway between accomplices and something else that I don't know how to describe in the way I want to.

The human brain can be quite a huge jerk when you think about it. About a couple of days ago, I had a dream that felt so real, and I had finally rewritten all the SCP Life chapters and was finally ready to start on the next new one. I felt so accomplished. Before I could start writing, I woke up.

In an alternate reality of "SCP Life", (Y/n) barges into Clark's office while wielding a meat cleaver and asks for grilled cheese sandwiches.

One of the key factors that helps motivate me to write is listening to music. Which is coincidentally also a cause of distraction as I realize I listen to music far more than I write.
          
          For what it's worth, I'm also mentioning to you all that in the base story of SCP Life, I'm planning on making the use of music a key factor on (Y/n's) character, as music will be used to help create a bridge between the growing friendship/relationship(?) between him/you and Malo.

For however much/little in significance this holds, here is a sneak peak on certain characters that I wish to make and have an appearance in the future of that one SCP book if I manage to make it as far as I intend to, at the very least amount.
          
          1: The Brothers (2) (Will not show names until implemented into the story)
          
          2: The Janitor
          
          3: Mrs. ??? (Name undecided)
          
          4: Legion

WHAT THE ABSOLUTE SH*******************T IS WRONG WITH ME!?!?
          
          I noticed that one explanation chapter in the "SCP Life" book I have, and it is already 1 YEAR OLD???
          
          And I'm still working on the freakin' rewriting of the first chapter.
          
          I mean... it's past halfway done, but it's literally a punch in my own gut to realize how far I've just been sitting here, which is also highly intolerable.

Not that it matters, but I really do feel a lot of self-embarrassment when I read through old chapters I've made of how I wrote certain characters' dialogue/personality.
          
          For over 2 years, I've been telling myself I could do better, and that's still 1 of the goals I have in mind.
