The first chapter starts with everybody. You, me, and that person your age you saw with cuts up to their elbow and tears streaming down their face. The first chapter starts with someone wanting to make a change and wanting to help the others that have the same feelings and thoughts. This is chapter one of our story to the road of awareness.

A little about me: 
Hi, I'm Caroline and I run this account. I'll eventually be looking for some other advocates to help run this account but for now it will just be me. :) My personal account is @The_Crazy_Gemini which will still be active along with this account. I've been passionate about mental health awareness since I started seeing many people my age with the same issues and thoughts. My goal is to help others and bring people together at the same time, and my dream someday is to make a non-profit organization to help teens and young adults with their mental health.
