Update: I am a terrible liar over text and I think my friend is mad at me. Help.

Secrets of the mom friend: 1) They're a fucking hypocrite. They barely sleep, skip meals, and drink little to no water a day. They cry every night, usually alone. But they will never let you sleep less than eight hours, they make sure you eat three healthy meals a day, and they will shove water down your throat if they have to. They will never let anyone feel that alone. 2) The reason they're so good at taking care of people (even when they're aggressive about it) is because they want that kind of comfort and care for themselves. They want so bad for someone to just hold them while they cry, to scold them for not eating, to hold their hand when they're scratching at their skin, but nobody does. So they give others the care and affection they'll never  get.
