I’ve been going through a identity crisis since March of this year and I don’t know how to end it, someone help pls

And then I go and cry about all of my problems while I’m supposed to be trying to fall asleep, then I wake up and pretend that I’m okay when I’m actually not and I have people say stuff like this to me

Like I’ve kinda gotten to the point where I’m tired of getting up every morning and not really knowing who I am or what to do with myself

Is it that obvious?
