Born in Oman, I moved to the UK in 1989. After moving around the country, I settled in Somerset in 2008, where I now live with my husband, two children and growing menagerie of pets.

I love learning new skills and keeping fit, always looking for ways to keep my brain and body active. I work as a make-up artist with my husband's photography company (www.RTPhotographic.com) and as a freelance writer, but also have a background in animal care, and have a green belt in kick-boxing.

My career as a writer started at an early age when I began writing poetry, short stories and flash fiction. I have been published in anthologies and on several websites. My first full-length novel, "Seven Dirty Words" was published in January 2013 by Rocking Horse Publishing (www.RockingHorsePublishing.com).

As well as being a writer, I am an avid reader, with a variety of genres taking up the length of my many bookcases.
