Number one advice: write because you love to write and because you have something to write about and you're passionate about it. Don't do it for reads, fans or comments, those are not the right reasons to write. I always stayed true to that and it has been rather successful. I've never ever advertised my stories anywhere and even when I started never asked any of the people I fanned and read their stories to read mine. I let them do what they wanted and after a while few of them became some of my most loyal fans.
Now second thing, generally if you want votes and fans you need to get involved in the community. This is crucial. When I started here almost two years ago, I fanned people, I liked their stories, made true comments but with length and info not just a "upload more!" kind of thing. People can't read your stories if they don't know you exist. And people will be more inclined to go read your stuff if you give insightful comments. They'll think, "hey she's been reading my stuff maybe I should read hers too", or "hey her comments are always pertinent, she might be a good writer too.."
You have been here for one month and only have four people fanned and your comments are not really lenghty for what I can see on the side. That doesn't help with getting noticed.
You can also go in the clubs here, there's always people offering to read other people stories. Offer your help. Read different users about me's, some people will offer their reading services.
Finally, patience is crucial. It took me at the very least six month to have even a decent fan base. And if it hadn't been for the people I fanned I probably still wouldn't be known, you have to understand there's a part of luck in this too. Read people with a small fan base but that show talent, usually they'll be helpful. But you definitely need to be patient, you won't become instantly famous here. Unless you're lucky.
But honestly don't do it for the reads or the votes or the fans: Write for writing.
