@CharmedGirl4 yeah, they removed private message awhile back. I definitely have the description pretty good. Sometimes I feel I over describe but I'm working on it. But I'm definitely becoming more picky in what I publish now. But I've also noticed it you do regular updates it helps. As my first ever story reached almost 90k and it was poorly written but I updated almost everyday. But now that I am a mother I find it hard to write most days. I also feel fanfiction gets more attention then original work for sure, so I've just stopped posting my original work on here and down it offline for myself. But I really appreciate your reply and would love it if you checked out my work and left a comment or two cause it would be very helpful to see what I'm doing wrong. Also I will make sure to start reading Royalty again as it was such a great story just don't find much time to read anymore either. Joys of having a toddler.
@MarleyElona In all honesty you have to be consistent and be picky with what you put out. And don’t just show and tell and what I mean by that is don’t just say “She’s sad” no write it out about HOW she feels if that makes sense
