Hey everyone,
First, I'm so sorry for missing Thursday's update. I caught the flu and basically spent Wednesday to Friday coughing, having hot and cold flashes and sleeping. I also made everyone else in my house sick, so thank you to the parents who decided their sick child's picture with the Easter Bunny was more important than everyone else's health. Really appreciate it
I also wanted to give you a heads-up that there won't be any posts this week. Between naps, I was thinking about Clearing Karma’s storyline, and I’m really not happy with it. At first, I was thinking, “It’s a first draft, just get it down, you can adjust it when you edit it later.”
But that thinking is making it hard to write. I don’t like how it’s mostly focused on the investigation rather than Maverick and Antonia, so I’m going to take this week to sit down and figure out what needs to change. This might mean adding chapters, expanding existing ones, or completely rewriting what’s already been done.
I'd rather take the time to get it right than rush something out that doesn't feel true to the story. Thank you so much for sticking with me. I'll be back soon!
