@Charnival how about you eat a good meal or a soup with no noodles or anything like that just soup with vegetables and a little bit of carne and then you trun off everything even your phone like in an hour you'll sleep. (Don't eat to much or to little and while your nauseous eat something that is soft to your stomach)
