Chase

Okay, out in the open: I've lost that spark for creativity that fueled my earlier chapters. I've been daydreaming and brainstorming, but I feel like it's just not enough. Sometimes, a guy just needs some advice from outside. What do YOU, the people who read my stories, think I should work on next? Sometimes a man's best work is out of desperation. I WANT to work on them but I just can't think of a surefire way to move forward on either story.

Ok, lads, my Christmas gift to you: your pick of story, you pick which one gets the next chapter!  I know it's a bit weird, but I've been in a better headspace, and I'd like to hear a bit of feedback from my followers, along with anyone else who feels like pitching in!

OK, so.
          
          I get it, I'm not active much these days. Doesn't mean I'm dead. No, I do not advertise my works on other platforms. I've been working on basically just filling in some blanks in the RE8 x OC story, providing a firmer background as to just what the OC is capable of and the kind of person he is. I'm gonna be honest, I've felt barely any motivation towards the DMC x RE8 fanfic lately. I feel like I've hit a brick wall with it, and it'll be a while before it gets a good update. But rest assured I have been working on a new chapter for it as well. Thank you all for the support, and to many more years on wattpad!

Currently working on the next chapter for A Soldier By Any Other Name, got plans for the dmc story that are in the works. The next chapter for the Axel Cunningham story will be shorter than usual, but will add much needed detailing for later. Thank you for your patience!

I know I've been quiet. I know, I know, I'm not usually so reclusive. But let it be known that I HAVE been working on the next chapter for the DMC story! I'm trying something a bit different, going for more detail and longer chapters, while trying to keep things refreshing yet more accurate. I've also been planning out some key events for A Soldier By Any Other Name, I've got plans there and they're gonna become a reality. The weekly updates were simply overdoing it, I'm thinking one chapter every 2 to 3 weeks, for depth, proofreading, and just making sure I'm actually satisfied with the final draft before it's released. In the mean time, I'm going to drop a Q&A story type thing for you guys, so that I can hear your thoughts and opinions. Peace ✌️

I've decided that I'll be taking more time on chapters from here on out. I've realized that I've not included very much character development or just skipped parts of said development entirely, and its starting to feel half baked. Rest assured, I have not forgotten about my stories, and I'm nowhere near done with them!

Sorry if I've been a bit sparse as of late, between work and taxes(ew, *taxes*), I've been bumbling around trying to keep my head afloat. I've been working on chapters when I've the chance, and intend to start on the next DMC chapter later. I hope you've all been enjoying the new story so far!

          Have I been going too far into detail or not enough details with the stories?

With the first story at over 500 views and tbe new story closing in on 30 with only one actual chapter, I'm thinking of doing a possible Q&A after I finish the next chapters for the stories. I'll probably make it as an individual story or perhaps an insert/chapter in one of the two stories.
