According to what Lauren said about the Camren ship in her latest podcast, do you guys think I should delete my Camren one shots? (It’s not like anyone reads them anyways ♂️)
@OurIncoherentPleas that’s very well put. I’ve actually thought about it in that aspect before but never really put any action into going as far as deleting it.
i think i would honestly just because she specifically said that the “things people would write” made her very uncomfortable and i would delete just to be respectful. on the topic of the other point brought up here, i don’t agree because, no matter how the author feels, there is still that same promotion of the exact thing that lauren said made her so uncomfortable with herself and in their friendship. with that being said, i would also like to point out that whether or not you delete it is not the end all be all. those books with millions of reads already aren’t all going away and the ship would still be here even without them. it’s just a matter of what you want to put out into the world and how you view this in terms of respecting her part in your book:)
