by the way, many thanks for picking up on the whole 'abusive father' vibe I was trying to project. So many people were like, "why doesn't she?" and "She seems so weak!" but not too many people seem to understand the whole abuse cycle I was trying to present.
As a completely non-abused individual, I'm glad I was able to capture enough of that essence to have you acknowledge it the way you did. :)
