As of recently, I've been updating my stories a lot more slowly than before. I used to stockpile my writing and space it out so I always had something to post, but I've officially run out of material. My latest story was Girls' Summer Out, and while I greatly enjoyed writing it and am pleased with how it turned out, it took a lot out of me. The plan was to spread the chapters out to ensure I could get the story out of the way and move on, but that plan went down in flames. I didn't get to write nearly as many chapters ahead of time as I would've liked, and with life getting in the way, I often found myself staying up very late to get the writing in since I couldn't do it by day.

While nothing negative has happened in my life, the fact is, I'm a lot busier offline than I was while still in school. I'm currently hunting for a steady income while juggling that with my various hobbies, the responsibilities that come with still living with my parents, and just plain living my life. Staying up until 4 am and sleeping until 1 pm is no way to live, and for the sake of my health as well as everything else, I feel I have no choice but to no longer let my work here dictate my life.

For the foreseeable future, instead of setting deadlines for myself, I just plan to write whenever I can and publish each chapter as it's completed. I also intend to write whatever I most feel like doing at any given moment, which means I'll often jump between different pieces of fiction or even the occasional fanfic (no, I'm not gonna post those here). While there might be some slips in activity here and there, this more relaxed approach should reduce burnout, improve the quality of my work, and improve my overall well-being, while still ensuring I can share my writing with anyone here willing to read it.

I already have several stories in mind that I'm really looking forward to working on, and hopefully, you all will start seeing them soon. That will be all for now.

So after twenty chapters, that'll be it for Three-Way Custody... for now. You can look forward to the second half near the tail-end of this year. I won't spoil anything about it, but it takes place a few years into the future and gets even darker. Hope you all are excited!

Next episode of Home of the Eugenes might be delayed a bit. Family's moving into a new apartment which does not have Wi-Fi as of yet. They say it should be up and running by Sunday morning, but we'll see. Just giving y'all a heads up!

Just wanted to thank everyone who's given Lovestruck in San Francisco a ton of votes and added it to their reading lists. It's always pleasing for a writer to know that something they worked very hard on is gaining a lot of traction.
