Listen to a really sad/angry song......and make sure you sing along, if possible, at the top of your lungs. That's what I do at least when I'm miserable. Then you have at least released some of that pent up energy/sadness and you will feel better, and more opened up and susceptible to better, manageable feelings/thoughts. Keep going!
