I'm basically a stay at home mom but no kids at the house. Yeah me!! I look at it as 'a little time for myself' since my kids have never been to a day care in their life. I have a 10 year old daughter that loves to read and write. I also have another daughter that is 8. She is my little helper with cooking. Finally I have an onery 6 year old son that lights up my world.. He is the funniest kid I have ever met. Then there is my best friend and husband, Josh. He is so patient with me. I didn't read very much growing up. In a mater of fact, I detested it. Long and behold, my husband made me listen to him read me a book. Every night he would pull it from his night stand and begin reading,  "Rifles for Watie." I would just huff and lay back. Later on as the nights progressed, I started sitting up straighter and asking questions. I absolutely loved that time spent with him and loved that book. Now I read so much that I'm sure he is rethinking himself, but I love it and can't seem to stop. Recently I've began writing and I enjoy that as well. Thanks for reading about me and my family.
