I've always believed that effort never goes unnoticed, but lately, it feels like mine has been invisible. Nothing is more discouraging than giving your best and feeling ignored. I don’t seek constant praise, but acknowledgment is a basic human need. Respect and appreciation cost nothing, yet mean everything. If my efforts truly matter, I hope they are seen, because being taken for granted is the slowest form of heartbreak
