I originally planned to have the first book end after May's recovery, however I'm contemplating having that only happen one third or half through the first book. This way I will be able to flesh out the majority of the story in one book rather than two like originally planned. This way I can feature Calvin, Amare, Historia and Sam sooner. Lastly, May's canon name is now May Madison.

I’ve written a complete plot summary of ‘Mistrust in May’. The story is set out, and now I’m starting draft 3. I will reveal that May suffers from some mild OCD tendencies, however there is a plot point involving that I’m still debating. The opening scene will depict her drinking the adamite (crystal substance that reacts with amylase in saliva and bacteria- Adamite is fiction but amylase is real) from a water bottle rather than a teacup, despite my ‘Hot Milk’ animation showing tea. The plot has changed so much since I posted that animation in Febuary.
          
          As for Calvin, Historia, Amare, Estelle and Maryanne- they will be major characters in the next book. For now, the first book doesn’t have the requirements to develop every character equally in the span of one book (and remember I’m still in highschool. I lack the skill of an adult writer.)

I’ve decided the first book will only include May, Audrey and Lillian. The setting is an underground boarding school, with many changes to the original plot but still keeping the integral points.

The book will be multimodal, like a light novel. 

Making progress. The canon book may stray from my animations a little with place, who dies etc. I have been working on this for a year, but the final product will be around 1500-2000 words because I want to publish a collection of stories. The first book will revolve around May, Audrey and Lillian.

Exams are almost done.. I should be able to animate more often from now on
