Hmm, yes and no. Ours have a house. A pool big enough for them to swim comfortably in, food and water. I don't know a whole lot about ducks though. We normally go on BackYardChickens to ask questions about ducks. Don't let the name fool you. They have info on more than just chickens. Sorry that I can't be of much help.
