What is this that took my dirty life,
And made it beautiful.
What is this that gave me light; and even healed my soul ?
I was left in the dark with no place to go...
Looking for things I could never attain
Even now I am searching for an expensive friend,
I opened up your bible and I read this:
There is no greater love than one who gives up their life for another
And there is a friend who is closer than a brother
He is also the Heavenly Padre for the ones with out a father
His name is Emmanuel: God With Us.
Jesus Christ the Messiah...
The message is clear.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son; so that whosoever believes in him shall not perish: but have eternal life.
He will help you win this fight
If you'd ask for forgiveness of sins
For both you and the people around you.
And accept him as your Saviour and read the bible everyday.
And pray.
He will rescue you from the days of trouble
He is mighty enough to say
Mighty enough to hear you
He will rejoice over you with singing.
He will deliver you in times of trouble.
For He is Jesus Christ, Prince Of Peace.
Through his stripes and blood you are healed, saved, and forgiven.
