ChipChip is a girl who used to write stories in her own account but alas, she unpublished them, now she has given a chance to show her writing/literature skills again 

Schuylar_Dreams is a girl who used to think that writing was not that interesting, so she only has one book that she didn't take seriously 
But now her mind set has changed and she now loves to write stories
